MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse the website, click on “add cart” a running total will appear of what you ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you’ve finished your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to satisfy the order.
You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed online using paypal secure payment.
Prices are shown in Great British pound sterling.
If you do not want to pay online you may send a postal order. Items will not be dispatched until funds are cleared
ORDER COMPLETION
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, this may be due to one of the following

All items are dispatched within two working days by royal mail 48 hour tracked delivery
RETURNS PROCEDURE
I offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then please notify me by email stating the reason for the return within 7 days of receipt.
Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 7 working days.
I suggest you use a signed for delivery service. If a recorded service is not used we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost on return. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging.
Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with the details of the fault and item you wish to return along with the details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first via email. ALL returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
In the case of faulty goods returned within 7 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
We cannot accept any returns for any intrusive jewellery ( such as earrings) for hygiene reasons, unless item is faulty.
All jewellery is sent in an organza bag, gift boxes can be added on jewellery for an additional charge
